Refunds are available on the website only if the request is approved. The refund amount includes the order cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Handling charges and shipping costs that are mentioned on the sales invoice or purchasing slip is also non-refundable. The website will refund the payment within 10 working days

The website will transfer the amount through the original payment method. The amount will not be transferred any time earlier than 3 working days from refund confirmation. The amount will be deposited to your bank account or transferred to the card which was used for purchasing the products

If users wish to return their order, they must prepay or insure the shipping charges involved. The returns must be sent in its original state. If there are any damages or losses, the users will be held responsible

Check the delivery time

If the package is sent by International Unregistered Mail, the order will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Since the medication comes from India, the delivery takes that long. Please, make sure that the dead-line has actually been missed.

If the dead-line has been missed, please contact us to inform us of the problem. We will check the matter with the postal services and if they are not able to resolve the problem on their own, you can contact our support team ( Contact us ) to qualify for a refund. Your payment will be fully reimbursed to your credit card. The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days, after this period the refund will be reflected at your credit card statement.
