How to properly care for dry skin

It does not depend on the time of year and the age of the person, such genetics or you create this problem for yourself with your lifestyle and bad habits.

The external environment has a huge impact. Cold and windy weather, air conditioners and insufficient humidity in the room negatively affect our appearance.

Wrong system of selection of caring substances. For example, too aggressive cleansers that can make the skin even more dry or creams that create an airtight film.

Water deficiency in the body. If you drink little and all the cells of the body do not have enough moisture, then the skin cells will not have enough of them either. The easiest way to deal with this reason – just start drinking 1.5-2 liters of good pure or structured water per day, and your skin cells will receive enough moisture from the inside.
